Ours is 100% Organic, low in gluten, and rich in anthocyanin, which is a type of antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. Black wheat flour is much healthier than white wheat flour since it is nutrient-rich plus contains numerous health benefits. The flour gets its hue from the antioxidant 'anthocyanin', which gives fruits and vegetables their black, blue, red or purple colour.
